The Initiative.
Launched during Earth Month, Seeds of Change reflects our long term investment in the health of our planet and the wellbeing of the people who live on it. We are creating and preserving green spaces globally, starting with Leeds, while supporting grassroots projects that often go unnoticed.
This initiative includes planting 10,000 trees, beginning with our Threadworks student accommodation development, and building safe, accessible places where biodiversity and community can thrive together.
By aligning local infrastructure projects with environmental stewardship, we are actively balancing urban growth with sustainability. It is about amplifying local voices, investing in grassroots action, and connecting people, especially younger generations, to the natural world around them.
